Dear Biscuit,

You were the best dog, best little brother I ever had.  I'm going to miss playing with you. Hugging you when you were curled up on the couch at night. Keeping me company, when everyone else was in bed. Chasing the birds that dare to land in your backyard. I wish I could have spent more time with you. Took you on way more walks. I miss you so much already. I'll always love you, Biscuit.

Hey everyone, hope you're having a good Valentine's Day. 60 watchers! Sweet! Met my goal this year quicker than I thought. It's February and I had to get up my journal for the month. Since its one of my New Year's Resolutions. Which you can track on my January post. Has anyone notice the strange glitch on the front page that says you have 10 more deviant art pieces up then you actually do?

Now that I am 20 I have to add a resolution.  Though really one of these resolutions should be to actually finish this list. LOL! So this year I made some more manageable and reasonable expectations of myself. If I surpass any of them that's just a bonus. Thank you all that have given me Llamas, watches, and views! I promise not to let you down!!
Make a personal journal at least once a month. Jan. Feb. is done
Get all A's in my Spring semester. Just started classes and am sure one class will not be an a thanks to the teacher.
Get all A's in my Fall semester. Classes have not started yet
Post art more frequently. Doing this
Start some new fanfictions. [Teen Titans, Batman Beyond, Inuyasha, ext.] Have one started

Anyway school is taking up most of my time along with the Teen Titan's Project. Doing my best to keep up with everything I can. Which means I'm as busy as a bee! Also why getting to my own art other than school related had been not happening what so ever. However have no worries, I have plenty of photography pictures taken to fill in for that. Along with art work that has yet to be released publicly.

I'll start off about today though. A lot of you know how the whole V-day works. It can be both good, bad, and honestly some people plain out don't care about it. For those who are single and upset on this day. Yes, I know it can be tough, and how so varies upon age. But you have benefits one way or another. It's not the end of the world. Sometimes find the one is going to take a bit longer then you would have otherwise desired. Today should not be looked at as "the saddest day ever I feel so lonely", no it's just another day. An ironic one seeing as it started off pretty bloody. I'll let you all look that history up.

Let's look on what you could do instead! Positive approach, another irony seeing as sometimes I can be pretty pessimistic at least to others. I'm just very realistic about expectations, though completely imaginative in my art life. What a combo! You can't just sit around do nothing and expect things to one day get better. Or worse just sit there and mope. Things are only going to change when you put the effort in to change them.

Sometimes in life you do need to focus on yourself and how you can improve. The word can't needs to slip out of your mind. Trust me I know from personal experience that is really hard! However, take baby steps to your goals. Want to be a better artist? Grab a pencil and start drawing in all your spare time. Want to find a sweetheart? Ask someone out! Trust me, you may get a lot of those who say no, but eventually someone will say yes.

Now there are some that think they are not good enough. No one could ever want them even if they were to ask. Well here is the harsh truth to face. You need to love yourself first. Yes there are some that will love you regardless. But even then you will not be happy unless you can love yourself too. Sometimes becoming better at something helps your confidence. I speak from my own views when I say a girl loves a confidante, not cocky, but confidante man. Same for those guys, nothing makes a sexy girl like confidence does.

Throw those ideas about looks out the window. You are who you are! But if you're not satisfied with how you look or your skills; then take time to improve them. Practice your craft, start working out, eat healthy. We hear these all the time and yet think we have not time to do it. But in reality if you were to sit down and put in all the stuff you do each day. Then calculate the hours, you have much more time than you think. So do that, then make up something you are going to do about it. Even the smallest change can brighten your outlook. If you have anything you need to talk about though, note me!
