Moving ForwardDarkness has just set in over the horizon, letting the stars breathe fresh life into the fall sky. An old ruffled feathered owl called out in the distance. Little crickets chirping though the night for winter had yet to come and bring the frost that would quiet them. The fresh wind danced though the trees causing the golden and orange leaves to scatter. Fluttering down to the soft soil ground where nocturnal life was all about. A slimy greenish yellow frog hopped along calling out for a mate, but instead spotted a little flying insect and flicked its tongue out. Catching it in mere seconds like a bungee cord it went back into its mouth to be swallowed. Then it hopped off a flat medium sized rock, right into the pure chilly steam.
But this natural order of the wild was simply background music for what was going on. Clashing of metal could be heard deep within. Footsteps running though the stream causing splashes each time the toes crashed though the surface. Sc
The Prince and the Knight The whistling of the wind clashed against the rickety old house. A storm no doubt was brewing but the child that played inside had little attention span for this. The weather wasn’t her concern today. No it was the dragon in her room about to destroy her precious dolls or we should say subjects. All in her mind but to a little 6 year old, that was more than enough to pass the time.
Clara the brave, the bold! She was no little princess with crowns and frills. She was a knight, better than any man. Especially her annoying little four year old brother, whom was always crying! Her tin foil sword in hand she moved to slay the dragon before her. A flash of lightning stuck out as the foul beast cried. Swinging down but just as she was about to strike, she was knocked back. The hard whack making her tumble down to the carpeted floor.
