Itching to Draw Some ART but can't TT-TT

Journal Entry: Sun Jul 15, 2012, 12:31 AM
I needed a mini break from math so I decided to update my journal. So currently I have roughly about 194 math problems left to do for my college math class. It's a summer class and its compacting 3 months into one. The teacher though he is awesome! I like him a lot! He's cool and gets you excited. But I don't like the amount of homework assigned to this class. I was averaging 3 hours of sleep a day. TT-TT Driving when tired not the best idea but I had no choice in the matter. Can't miss school or I fail. Coupled with the fact that no matter what I do if I don't get at least a 70% average on the three big math tests or 70% on the final, I will fail the class even if I should ace everything else. Talk about pressure here. Out first big math test is this Monday. Wish me luck for I will need all the luck in the world to pass it.

On other news my main computer monitor decided to go glitchy and die on me. It's the one that has my SAI program hooked to it where all my art is stored. Luckily the tower is fine, so I didn't loose any data. But it means I can't work on any of my art on there right now. I still have to draw chibi Inuyasha and Miroku for the 1st place winner in Beyond Inuyasha Canon group. That's going to take awhile seeing as math has practically taken over my life. Then I am also working on this really cute BBxRae drawing. I love it so much! Can't wait to get back to it. Expect a LOT of Teen Titans art popping up in my gallery. My muse has been sparked insanely by an RP I am doing with Bryanna.

Speaking of roleplays, I can't wait to get back to the one I am doing with Rea. Once this evil math class is over I am so getting back to it. I miss it so much. Not to mention I would love to hang out with some friends outside the house. I have so much I would like to do! It's really hard to find time to do the fun things when you have college math breathing down your back and have to go work out for another class.

About the whole working out thing. I have lifetime fitness course and have to work out a minimum of 200 minutes a week, limit 100 minutes a day. Since math class takes up most of the week I find that I can go Saturday and Sunday so far. Which means I am working out for a full 100 minutes. Today or....ah yesterday I guess since its passed midnight, I had to push myself for 100 minutes. Had to take a test to see where I stand. I have improves since I started off the class. My strength and speed slightly improved. My flexibility GREATLY improved. I use to be in the 60% percentile and now I'm in the 95% percentile. Don't ask what the percentiles are cause honestly I have no clue. Just know I got better!

I still need to sign up for fall semester of college. I should do that really soon once I get the change. I have a list of classes I want to take and will have to choose. Though since I am switching my major to art I need to look at what I need to get done. But I want to take an art, dance, voice, theater, creative writing, and maybe a foreign language class. All of which will help if I go into the cartoon business, whether its script writing, animations, or voice acting.

Well that was rather long. Oh well its nice to get everything I am thinking about down in a journal once in awhile and let my watchers know I am NOT dead...yet. (math is killing me) But I look forward to my major switch and summer class to be over. See you in the near future my friends!

Agreed with you there. The worst of it is that other then my senior year of high school, I had crappy math teachers. They would push me up to the next level even if I didn't understand. I mean the teacher I have now is good he just gives too much. Teachers need to learn that at times less can be more.

at the last 2 or 3 weeks of school, I had.. I don't know, 32 unfinished assignments in math, because I didn't know how to finish, or just, couldn't get done with it in time... my math teacher, at about the last 3 weeks mark, of the grading period... handed me a stack of papers with a missing work sheet on top.. I was like O_o what...? Don't I fail? She's like, Redeem yourself... (Basically... this sounds cooler) and I spent all of my time those three weeks, outside of school, eating, sleeping, and doing math... -_- heheheh finished with like a ... barely passing grade. I hate it when the teacher would continue, when I'm still not getting what we're currently working on.. I'm like, If I don't get this, I won't get that... and they go on anyway.. I'll end up having to read the math book, just to keep up with learning the junk.... Hahahah

I know right. Though my teacher is not going to hand me a stack of papers and say redeem myself. He just gives too much work and though I am slowly getting it. I don't have time to do the work. I'm just passing out after staying up too long. I'm so tired and idk how I will pass the math test today.

Nope. Not anyone who I can still get together with. I took the test. Pretty confident I did well on it with the exception of one problem. We'll just have to wait and see on that.

Yep. Now only if the teacher would give less work so I could actually finish it.
